Do you offer same-day delivery?
+Yes! Orders placed before 2:00 PM can be delivered the same day within Colombo city limits (Districts 1-15). For other areas in the Western Province, delivery is typically within 24 hours. Same-day delivery is subject to availability and may have additional charges during peak times.
Can I track my order?

You can also track your order in real-time through our website by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' section. You'll get notifications when your order is packed, dispatched, and out for delivery.
What are the delivery charges?
+Delivery charges vary based on location and order value. Free delivery is available for orders over Rs. 2,500 within Colombo city limits. Standard delivery charges range from Rs. 150-300 depending on distance. Same-day and express delivery may have additional charges. All delivery fees are clearly displayed during checkout.
Is there a minimum order value?

Do you offer organic products?

What if I'm not satisfied with my order?

How should I store the products to keep them fresh?
+Each delivery includes storage tips for different products. Generally, leafy greens should be refrigerated immediately, fruits can be stored at room temperature until ripe then refrigerated, and root vegetables should be kept in a cool, dry place. We also include specific storage instructions with seasonal produce.

+Creating an account is simple! Click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage, provide your email, phone number, and create a password. You can also register using your Google or Facebook account for faster sign-up. Once registered, you can save addresses, track orders, and access exclusive deals.
What payment methods do you accept?
+We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), online banking, mobile payments (iPay, eZ Cash, Dialog eZ Cash), and cash on delivery. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels to protect your financial information.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
